Firehouse Subs is the only sub restaurant that has gluten and egg free sub rolls. So, that makes it awesome for me with my multiple food allergies. They have Schar rolls that are soft and delicious! My favorite sub is Hook & Ladder.
Employees are friendly, food is a hit or miss. Sometimes they make it correctly, other times they don't. It's still a good place to eat!
The Bacon Ranch is the best sub i've ever had and the customer service is absolutely amazing. the wait time wasn't bad at all even when the lobby was full!
